I am an internationally certified Hypnotherapist and Holistic-Life Coach with over a decade of experience in mentoring and transforming lives. I combine both modalities to give you the best of both worlds when you need it – Hypno-coaching.
I am very results-driven, and I take a very holistic approach in my coaching – because you are more than just your mind. I take all aspects of you into account- body, mind, and spirit and I like to work within your spiritual framework whatever it is. If, however, you are about as spiritual as a brick, that’s okay too, I work within your ‘walls’

Your weight – irrespective of whether you are obese or anorexic - and your eating habits are only symptoms of a deeper emotional obstacle that is blocking you from having a normal and healthy relationship with food and your body.
All the diets, exercise, pills and products do nothing to address is emotional obstacle, the root cause behind your eating habits! Until you uncover what your emotional relationship to food is, you will continue to unconsciously sabotage all your weight management efforts.
Hypnosis will help you pinpoint and understand why you developed an abnormal relationship with food. Once you discover the root cause of your problem, you will be so much better equipped to fix it and change your emotional relationship to food. It will help you re-program your negative behaviour patterns so that you can lose weight and keep it off permanently, the lazy way. A Bit About Hypnosis:
Is Hypnosis safe?
Many people are afraid of hypnosis because they don’t understand what it is. They think it’s a form of ‘mind control’ and that they will be powerless. Nothing could be further from the truth. Below are some facts that will give you a clearer understanding of what hypnosis is.
It is a natural state of relaxation, a state that you experience frequently – like when becoming totally absorbed in ‘the zone’ of something you are doing.
It doesn’t work without your participation! You drive the car – I am just the navigator in the passenger seat. I am your guide – but you are the one who does the work.
You cannot be forced to do anything you don’t want to do.
You will hear everything that is being said and are completely aware of what’s going on.
If you can let go and cooperate fully, you will find hypnosis easy, pleasant to experience and fun.
What if I remember something bad during hypnosis?
If we are dealing with particularly traumatic or repressed emotions during hypnosis – you may re-experience these emotions, but only very briefly. As an experienced hypnotherapist, I know how to guide you through your session so it doesn’t get too overwhelming, allowing you the opportunity to safely release and the heal from the associated trauma.
How long are hypnosis sessions?
I advise that you allow a full 90 minutes for a hypnosis session. This gives us approximately 30 minutes talk time, 45 minutes Hypnosis time, and 15 minutes to process, and finalize your hypnosis and way forward for the week. That being said, we can still do an effective session in 60 minutes.
