How can I become a member?
Simply click the “Sign Up” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then simply put your first and last name, email, and choose a password.
How much does a coaching session cost?
Fees vary from coach to coach. To find out simply click a coach. This will open up their profile and if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see pricing packages. When you find one you like, just click “Get An Appointment”
How do I get an appointment?
Simply click “Get An Appointment” one the coach’s profile page that you would like to have an appointment with. This will open up a calendar and you can select from the coaches available time slots.
How do I know my appointment was confirmed?
If you have requested an appointment from a coach, as soon as they have approved it you will receive a text message confirming your appointment.
What do I do at the time of my appointment?
At the time of your appointment, log in to your account and our system will display a countdown until the time of your session. Once it is time to begin there will be a button that says “Start” and this will open up your video or audio session.
My appointment was canceled or rejected, what should I do?
If your appointment is canceled or rejected simply request another appointment time, or we will refund your purchase. This can be with the same coach. If another you prefer another coach please contact us from [email protected] or live chat, we will organize it for you.
Can I message a coach?
Yes. All you have to do is click “Message” from one of the contact options. It is the third icon next to “Phone Call” and “Video Call”. Here you can type out your questions, inform the coach what you would like to talk about, and even upload files if needed.
How do I make payments?
You can pay by credit card. You will be prompted to make a payment as soon as you try to make an appointment with a coach.
How can I become a coach in OnlifeCoach?
All you have to do is go to our “Career” page and submit your information. Someone from our recruitment team will get back to you about the next steps.
