Confidence is Key
“You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.”Michael Jordan
The Confidence Formula
Confidence is the way in which you approach the challenges in your life. It is theway you sit, walk, feel, and know when you can speak boldly about yourself and your accomplishments. Confidence allows you to become the best version of yourself. Fear is the obstacle that stands in your way, whether it is in your personal or professional life. Fear can keep you from having the happiness and success you deserve and desire.
The formula to gaining confidence is to face your fears. This takes courage and willingness to act. Once that courage is firmly in place, the things you fear no longer have the power to hold you back. Facing the things in life that you fear makes it easier for you to move forward past them and take the steps needed to enjoy success. Fear can render us stuck in place but looking fear in the eye and being brave enough to act despite being afraid is the key to putting your best foot forward and moving on to greater things.
Applying the confidence formula is finding the courage to take a leap of faith and become an action taker. The action required to overcome fear is to step into a situation you may find difficult and not allow yourself to be daunted. The very act of pushing back at fear is the impetus needed to build confidence that will last a lifetime. Finding your confidence can bring other benefits as well. You can address some of the unanswered questions in your life, find focus in a personal and professional capacity and be the architect of your own success
A Journey toYour Best Self
Becoming confident is a process. It is a journey that takes time and patience with yourself. It is not something that happens overnight, but over time and with a great deal of effort. A key component of completing this process is being able to change your mindset about the things in your life that are holding you back from being the person you want to be. To build confidence is to build a wall. One brick at a time. One small win at a time. They all add together to form a new perspective and can give you the tools you need to find a more successful path for your life.
