Very good session with Brooke. I just did 30 minutes to try it out and for sure wasn’t enough. I will book a longer session in future.

Brooke was easy breezy and great to talk to. She really understood me in terms of struggling with self image. Her easy approach to things and no stress mentality is definitely one I want to try to adopt.

As a millennial I feel there is a lot of social pressure. Its difficult to feel “good enough”. Brooke was able to really understand me in this and give me some tips on how I can work on that and start to feel a little stronger, a little more “enough”.
