Jackie Ann Schwabe
I am an example of how your mess can become your message. I grew up with a Mom on drugs. I had four stepfathers. One winter we lived in our car. That didn’t hold me back. I was the first women to graduate high school in my family. Then the first one to get my MBA.
Then life took another turn. My Mom was in the hospital, my father and stepfather had heart attacks in the same week, both of my dogs died, one of my three children was given and autism diagnosis, I was pregnant with my 4th child, and I lost my job two weeks before Christmas. It was a hard winter.
To say I am Resilient might be an understatement. All of this tragedy didn’t stop me. It helped me realize that I could help other successful women find the resources, tools, and support they need to be their best inspired selves.
I realized after 20 years in healthcare software development management positions that technology wasn’t enough. So … I began the path toward finding out what would help. The answer was coaching. That answer led me down a path that has never been more rewarding. That path has led me to you.
