Professional Success Coach, Life Coach, and Executive Coach. ICF Certified. Resilient, Practical - Work-Life Balance - Momma of 4 – Yes … You Will Like Me

Jackie Ann Schwabe

I am an example of how your mess can become your message. I grew up with a Mom on drugs. I had four stepfathers. One winter we lived in our car. That didn’t hold me back. I was the first women to graduate high school in my family. Then the first one to get my MBA.

Then life took another turn. My Mom was in the hospital, my father and stepfather had heart attacks in the same week, both of my dogs died, one of my three children was given and autism diagnosis, I was pregnant with my 4th child, and I lost my job two weeks before Christmas. It was a hard winter.

To say I am Resilient might be an understatement. All of this tragedy didn’t stop me. It helped me realize that I could help other successful women find the resources, tools, and support they need to be their best inspired selves.

I realized after 20 years in healthcare software development management positions that technology wasn’t enough. So … I began the path toward finding out what would help. The answer was coaching. That answer led me down a path that has never been more rewarding. That path has led me to you.

Coach Jackie has an amazing ability to keep me on track. She is right there with me on that business roller coaster, through the ups and the downs, the spirals and the drops. She will re-center me and keep me focused on my path to success. Her techniques help me press on to the important matters letting go of beliefs or activities that do not serve me anymore. She has a calming presence that fosters that special PAUSE that brings clarity and rebuilds confidence. She is an accountability partner that not only motivates but inspires forward action and positive thinking. Her consistency keeps me persistent and hungry for more. She is an expert who has become my professional resource and personal advocate. Thank you 5 Star Jackie!

Establishing a writing habit -- Jackie was extremely supportive and full of unique methods for helping me get started. Her coaching style was very comforting yet motivating for reaching new levels within my own personal development

Jackie Compassionately, but relentlessly, help you chase down and address the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck in the rut of “I should have” and “why can’t I” thinking. I got off the phone this morning, dumb struck and beliefs I hadn’t been aware I was holding as true. Jackie helped me confront those beliefs with understanding and brutal honesty. Her follow up throughout the week keeps the momentum going and energy high. If you are looking for a coach to keep your feet to the fire with your goals, confront your false beliefs and liberate your ideal self, she’s your girl!!

Jackie helped me go back to writing. She is an empathetic human being and an honest coach. I felt that she was on my side and truly cared. She also followed-up and brainstormed creative ways to achieve my goals, without being pushy (maybe sometimes she was way too kind). In any case, her approach is very practical and workable, which I love. She is also an easy going, simple person to approach. Very good at managing her time and commitments

Jackie's been coaching me on forging a habit to write (with intention) daily. She's been incredibly helpful with reminders to keep me on track to building a daily discipline, and provides inspiration and encouragement through daily writing prompts. She has been a big help with harnessing the eruption of writing-urge I've recently experienced.

Jackie Schwabe: When I first gave thought to hiring Jackie as a health coach, I wasn’t even convinced that I needed help. From the very first call, she has put me at ease about my feelings, and she has highlighted so many ways that I was missing out on opportunities to feel better ... even if I didn’t realize them. She is engaging, persistent, and thorough in her advice, and the techniques she offers are effective even when I only use a portion of the concepts. Best of all, Jackie is FUN! She makes every call a positive experience (even during ‘fail’ weeks), and I always look forward to working with her again.

Even coaches need coaching, and as a professional leader coach myself, I couldn’t ask for a more capable trusted advisor than Jackie Schwabe. She combines tact, candor, experience and insight with the patience of a saint to help me focus, prioritize, and plow through roadblocks. I leave every coaching session with her thinking - “That was one of the most valuable hours of my week.”

I have been looking to achieve a little more “success” in various aspects of my life, but wasn’t really sure how to get started. Jackie helped me figure out firstly what success means to me in a way that I had not fully thought about before. I can’t way to start reaching the goals we came up with together.

As a mom of two boys, full time employee and in the process of launching a copywriting business, to say I am busy is a vast understatement. By implementing some time (and life) saving strategies like the Clutter Clearer, Boundaries Binder, and Morning Miracle Maker, I was able to streamline my mornings, responsibilities and obligations, and tame the daily chaos. I had never realized how much impact the small daily decisions I was making (or not making) were having on the amount of stress and anxiety I was feeling. Even though I have been a client with Jackie for almost a year, implementing these tools in such an easy, bulletproof way helped cut through the procrasti-planning and perfection or bust paralysis that was keeping me from moving forward. I'm so excited to see what 2020 brings!

Jackie is helping me with accountability for writing/completing my paperwork daily. I really appreciate how she helped me set up a structure right away and has been so encouraging along the way. She gives just the right amount of support and structure to help me meet my goals. I’m feeling so happy with my productivity and accomplishments. I’m very grateful!

As a stay at home mom I sometimes feel overwhelmed and like its a little too much. Like i lost myself. Jackie being a mother of 4 seemed to know EXACTLY what I was talking about. And even just to speak to someone who understands me was a gift.

Jackie states in her profile “yes… you will like me” and let me tell you that statement is by no means wrong. She’s funny, relatable, charming, easy to talk to and a powerhouse woman. I look forward to having her guide me to a better me.
